The local circumstances provide outstanding possibilities for mountain cycling. Several forest paths cross the ridges and valleys, opening up the most impressive landscapes of the region.

The differences in height are not so high, usually 200-300 metres. Several localities give the possibility to come near to the mountain cycle path with car, as well, so in many cases you can spare yourself from the tiring mountain climbing with your bicycle, giving the chance to a sloping cycle tour.
